Every paid plan starts with a 2-day trial. Cancel during the trial from billing settings to avoid renewal.
After renewal, contact hello@filetypeconverters.com with the account email, plan, invoice, and conversion issue. We review requests fairly when the service was unavailable or materially failed.
Server inputs are retained for up to 24 hours, which gives support a short troubleshooting window without extending the operational retention policy.
AI Deep Read credits already consumed for successful processing are generally non-refundable.
