The PDF is newly laid out; it is not a print driver capture of the source application's screen.
Headings, lists, tables, code blocks, links, and supported images are kept as document structure before typesetting.
Fonts use the server's available Typst/Pandoc font set unless the source embeds content Pandoc can carry forward.
Exact page size and margin customization are not exposed as honoured API options yet; current output uses the service defaults.
Interactive widgets, comments, speaker notes, and source-only metadata are not part of the final PDF body.

Is the PDF a screenshot of the source?

No. Pandoc converts content to document blocks and Typst lays out fresh PDF pages.

Can I set custom page size?

Not through an honoured option on this service today; output uses the current Typst/Pandoc defaults.

Will fonts be identical?

Only when compatible fonts are available to the server and the source exposes text. Otherwise substitutes may be used.

Are links clickable?

Pandoc keeps links when the source and PDF writer expose them as link annotations.

Does this support PDF/A?

No PDF/A conformance option is currently exposed for the Pandoc to Typst path.
